Tips on things to do in Limhamn - Malmö
Limhamn is an area that many Malmö residents have not fully explored. Those of us who have lived here since 2006 can vouch for the fact that it is a gem worth exploring. As we love activities of all kinds, we want to tell our guests about a number of gems that you can explore in the area.
If you haven't visited us yet, it's high time? Everyone who books with us gets free access to a large game arena with 30 different activities. During a 2-hour session, you will have time to test around half of all our rooms. How about lots of fun interactive quizzes with movie, music, sports and geography themes, an explosive team-against-team duel, a giant pinball machine, a murder mystery and lots of practical challenges where you can use both body and mind.

In summer, this is a great destination, where you can walk along a footpath that leads you under the bridge, right next to the fortress. Be impressed by the magnificent steel structure or just enjoy the beautiful view of the Sound.
Local eateries have been bubbling up in recent years. Competing for Limhamn's best pizzas are Mastio, L'aquafarina & Little Italy. Of the three, Mastio has a clear advantage due to its picturesque location in the marina and the fact that they are neighbors with Limhamns Glassmejeri.
The coffee house, with its beautiful view of the bridge, is perfect for a drink or after work. We would also like to recommend Havshotellet's venture, The Vessel, which is a popular restaurant with high quality food and service.
"Sweden's smallest caramel factory". Buy homemade candy or book an event where you get the chance to make caramels the old-fashioned way, guided by friendly staff. You can come here with your company, with your friends or let the children fulfill their sweetest dreams at a children's party.
Café and pottery workshop next door. The studio has won the award for Malmö's Best Café. Part of the motivation reads "It's like coming home to a friend who has served up all kinds of goodies; pastries, hearty sandwiches, pies, coffee, cakes, beer and wine". Coffee, chocolates, silversmithing and ceramics all come together in one place. Very nice!
When you visit Criollo's chocolate shop, you can't help but notice their passion for chocolate. In the pleasant shop you can buy various products with the chocolate in focus and homemade pralines. You can also book a chocolate tasting where you can try different types of chocolate and learn more about the journey from cocoa bean to chocolate. Simply a celebration of chocolate!
"The little bath by the big sea". Also called "Sibbis", now under the same owner as Ateljén. A local gem that offers a cold bath and café to its visitors. It offers wood-fired saunas and cold baths all year round.
Skåne Wakepark has moved to Limhamn! We think it's great and would like to recommend this fun activity, which is suitable for beginners and more experienced. Check out their Facebook or Instagram for info on booking drop-in rides, events, bachelor or bachelorette parties.
A modern pottery workshop that offers everything from classic pottery courses to events for companies and bachelor & bachelorette parties. Cozy premises and friendly staff frame the experience.
Go out in a classic fishing boat and enjoy a few hours at sea on board MS Tumlaren. If you're lucky, you'll even come home with freshly caught cod to cook for dinner later!
The area boasts fine beer. IPA & Lager from Sibbarbs brewery can be found here. Both breweries organize beer tastings at regular intervals. Keep an eye on their website(under webshop) and social media for info about upcoming events.
