Anna-Karin is a trained human resources professional, certified in Teampro, and a real bundle of energy. She is passionate about building strong teams and is especially delighted when our guests reach new heights. Having previously worked as an HR expert at Teamfabriken, she is very familiar with our facility and its capabilities.

About Olle
Olle Sjölund, CEO and founder of Teamfabriken, has over 20 years of experience building strong teams through playful and cleverly designed team-building activities. His background as an elite tennis player, both in Sweden and in college in the U.S., has given him a deep understanding of team spirit, motivation, and performance under pressure.
His combination of leadership, creativity, and sports psychology makes Olle a reliable and inspiring coach for teams that want to grow, collaborate more effectively, and reach their full potential.
